Application as follows -
Make sure your nail is prepped and fully dry
Cut the desired decal off the sheet
Remove shiny plastic cover
Place decal into a small dish of warm water for 15-20 seconds,
Remove decal from water with tweezers
Slide decal off paper backing,
Apply onto nail
Top coat x2
